New Lenox Car Wash

Facility has been recently upgraded and now works amazing. They offer pressure-washer-style cleaning Bays as well as touch-free automatics. They have very reasonable monthly passes as well.

I have a Matte finish and this is the only no- touch automatic wash in the area within about a 15+ mile radius. Since I can't use the majority of soaps and protectants, I just stop by get the $8 basic wash weekly . It spaces out how frequently I have to take it in for a hand wash to about every 2-3 months. It saves me a ton of $$ 😁 Very glad they have this option here

I always hand wash our cars to prevent damage from automatic car wash brushes but that obviously can't happen during a Chicago winter. I recently caved and bought a touchless was at a local gas station while filling up that was a complete waste of money. I hadn't realized New Lenox Car Wash had recently opened so I gave it a try. Completely blown away by how well their automatic touchless wash works. I feel the monthly membership price for the top-tier wash for two cars is completely reasonable as well and make a point to use it frequently each month. Included pics of the clean cars after their first NL Car Wash visit and one pic of the AFTER of the local gas station touchless from the day before. Such a difference.

I recently used the automatic car wash. I did the cheapest wash, the bronze wash. I was pretty impressed as to how clean it got my car. My past experience with touchless car washes have been that they typically wash the outermost layer of dirt off leaving behind a film of dirt. That was not the case with this wash. The vehicle was very clean afterwards. The only area needing improvement is the dryer. You have one minute to go through the dryer. I took my time and I believe that the allotted time is sufficient but I still had a fair amount of water droplets on the car afterwards. Next time I will bring a towel with me. Aside from that, which is minor, my experience was very good. As for the monthly plans, I would have considered the bronze plan but for $25 per month, I believe it is priced too high. While it does include 15 washes per month, who needs or wants that many washes? We have the light wash at gas n wash which is $15 per month. Granted, I wouldn't use it for my newer car but for my older car it's great. Given that this car wash does not have nearly the amount of equipment as the gas n wash, I would think they could be more competitive with their pricing. So, I will skip

Update: After talking to the owner via email he was very accommodating! Please check this car wash out it is the best touchless in the area despite the error that occurred today. Was thinking of getting a monthly pass for the new touchless wash. But went there today 11/16/2025 paid $15 for a car wash and the blowers didn't turn on. Talked to the person on duty he said we're trying to fix it and said he couldn't do anything about it since he's not the boss. Not a way to treat a customer who paid for a service and only received part of what they paid for.
